Resolution Inc., established in 1982, is the working home of nearly 280 full-time, part-time and seasonal employees in South Burlington and Williston, Vermont. The Giving Committee
Resolution believes that it is important to be a socially responsible company, and encourages staff participation in non-profit, charitable activities. An employee-led council directs fundraising activites throughout the year and allocates the proceeds to non-profit agencies. This provides the group with experience in dealing with community groups and decision-making around the disbursement of funds.
